Still haven't felt like stitching, I've been working in the yard a lot. Here is another photo of that big lily. I don't have a clue on the name, it was given to me a couple of years ago and I think this is the first time it has bloomed. Although thinking about it it might have had 1 flower last year but I can't find any photos of it. I do have to say it smells so good.

The veggie garden is doing good too will try to get a photo of it later today.

I'm getting ready for the OR/WA GTG this weekend. Sue will be picking me up on Friday and off we will go. Will try to remember to take lots of photos and have lots to talk about on Monday.

Look at the size of this one!! It smells so sweet.

The flower on this lilly is huge its about 10" wide. This is the first time it has bloomed so I wasn't sure what it would look like and it has 3 buds. I think I will take another photo with a ruler so you can see the true size.

Newest member of the family

This is Blue, isn't she cute? She has the bluest eyes I have ever seen on a cat, hence her name. Ginny stopped at the pet store today to kill some time and this is what she found. She came home to ask if she could get another cat and said Mom you just have to see her. She also told Dad the story and so on his way to work he stopped and looked. He later told me that if he hadn't been on his way to work he would of brought her home for me. So Ginny and I went to the store just to look and this is what I came home with. Our other pets don't seem to care that she is here.

Well as you can tell by my blog I haven't updated in awhile. I have no stitching or sewing mojo. I guess it just got up and left. I haven't been doing much of anything, except reading, now I'm out of books. Today I decided to get some sewing done whether I wanted to or not so here is what I have done so far today. Another ort bag, by the way this makes # 69 that I have made to date.
